I have decades of experience in leadership with multi-national companies and revenues of 150+ million dollars annually. I have started with small teams and grown them. I have managed large teams with hundreds of employees. I have led remote general managers across the country and coached them on every area of the business including P&L, Budgeting, Forecasting, Business Planning, Setting Vision/Mission/Values, Sales, etc. I have helped raise capital and divest divisions. I have made many mistakes in leadership and learned from them.
As a former member of C12 I have experience with Business as a Ministry concepts and I am passionate about helping companies make a positive impact on their communities and for the Kingdom of God.
