I spent two decades in senior leadership learning that the hard way: scaling revenue, solving operational crises, leading people through what felt like the edge of things. Some of it I did well. Some of it I got wrong. All of it taught me that business, family, and faith are not competing priorities to balance — they're one life, lived with integrity or not.
